I have always loved your car. A lotta thought has gone into it. Looks great and probably performs even better.

I just nutted all over this thread and I haven't even read it yet.

I clicked on the thread title, and man chowder proceeded to spew forthwith.

Erik, do you has this pic in hi-res?

Thanks. I don't have the high res as I didn't take that picture. Most of the Bimmerfest pics were taken by Spencer (sschin).

I wish I could run that sort of exhaust without tunneling, hate to take that much sheetmetal out

I don't have any real interior shots right now because it's not done. Once I install the painless wiring harness, fiberglass dash, and put the seats back in, I'll take some pictures.

Nice, I always liked your M. Don't think I like side exhaust as it draws undue notice from fuzz but it's no longer road legal anymore correct?

What are your area tracks dB limits? We have 95 dB limit which bites.

Brandon over on S14.net did painless wiring, hope you have asked him some questions about it. Are you on stand alone management system?

Saw this beast in person at Bimmerfest, and jizzed my pants.

Never got to hear, or see it driving, but I bet it hauls ass!

Great meeting you and your bro at the after party Erik! Can't wait to see you guys at Bfest this year! :woowoo:

Yeah, the side exhaust isn't good for a street car. That is what made me most worried driving down to Santa Barbara.
Laguna Seca has a really low sound limit (around 92dB if I recall correctly), which I will never be able to make with the side exhaust.
I even got black flagged at Thunder Hill which had a 103dB limit because they clocked me at 105dB. I am going to rebuild the exhaust soon with another set of mufflers.
I read Brandon's thread where he talked about the Painless harness, which did help. I'll read it again once I start the install.

I remember seeing your car at bimmerfest because of how impressed I was with that sexy cf plenum on that sexy euro engine. Tits mate.
