Sounds great! I am very slowly working on a similar setup for my other e30. Ill be using a eaton m90 charger though. I have had it on the car running, but need to design better brackets and intake plenum. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3q33Tm7GKfI
Whats your exhaust setup? Obviously longtube headers, but then are you just running a y-pipe into single?
How many resonators/mufflers?
Thanks
Nothing special, my headers go from 2 to 1.
And then 1 muffler that I remember, but I´m gonna rebuild the exhaust to this summer!
Okey, nice to see that you also are building same kind of setup, good luck :)

Make sure you intercool that well. the M90 is a roots type blower, and they eat more crank hp and put out considerably more heat than the twin screws will.
The guys that build the engine just took whatever fitted the spec.
The spec and "interchange" ( dont know if that´s the right word )
are made for 2 litres.
So if I want 2.5 litres, I´ll have less boost and so on, thats why I have 2 litres :)
I have double laminova rods to cool the intake air. It works perfect, and a separate cooling system to that.
