Very nice car, love the colour combo. Orange splitter maybe?

15x8. Your spring rates might work nicely. Test them hard before considering a stiffer setup. It seems these cars like to roll/squat/move a little bit.

For years, I was running IE3 springs with a coil cut in the front with bilstein sport shocks and some fixed IE camber plates. The car handled like a dream. For $2000 in GC suspension upgrades, I did not see a huge improvement. It was an improvement, once I dialed it in a bit, but not worth $2k. The IE3 Bilstein setup is killer for its price.

The sport kit is great for the pad life and braking abilities.. My $30 rotors lasted 2 DE's pulling double driver duty - which is fair. But they started to crack. Heavy Duty rotors are available for $130 each!! I bought a replacement set of $30 cheapies. I will dish out for the HD rotors next time. I just want a setup that will last 6 months or a year, damnit!

Lof8,
Are you running spacers behind the TRMs? Yours are a lot more flush than mine (mine are only 15x7, though)...

I'm much happier with the look of mine now. 8mm spacers in the rear, 5mm up front. S52 swap starts tomorrow. Can't wait.

Great setup! The feedback I've heard on the street kit is that they overheat on the track. I'll give them a run this fall in AZ and then look at upgrading either to the sport kit or installing brake ducts.
Great work !Last edited by giantkeeper; 06-15-2013, 09:50 PM.Originally posted by blunttechAlways Always go for the reach around if there is an optionComment

Good luck with the swap!
I wasn't experiencing overheating with my street kit, but the surface of the pads was relatively small and thickness of the pad material was also lacking. I would eat a set of pads every track day. I'm coming up on my third track day with the sport kit pads and I'm less than half way through them. Much better!
