It's funny...my car is sort of a twin of yours. `88 325 Schwarz sedan with a 24V engine and TRMs. Coilovers with Konis, etc... I'm on 550/650s, though...S50'd

For years, I was running IE3 springs with a coil cut in the front with bilstein sport shocks and some fixed IE camber plates. The car handled like a dream. For $2000 in GC suspension upgrades, I did not see a huge improvement. It was an improvement, once I dialed it in a bit, but not worth $2k. The IE3 Bilstein setup is killer for its price.S50'd

Lof8,
Are you running spacers behind the TRMs? Yours are a lot more flush than mine (mine are only 15x7, though)...
Thanks!Originally posted by LJ851kingston is the play by play announcer for this thread.

I'm much happier with the look of mine now. 8mm spacers in the rear, 5mm up front. S52 swap starts tomorrow. Can't wait.
Thanks again for all the info & encouragement!Originally posted by LJ851kingston is the play by play announcer for this thread.

Great setup! The feedback I've heard on the street kit is that they overheat on the track. I'll give them a run this fall in AZ and then look at upgrading either to the sport kit or installing brake ducts.
Great work !Last edited by giantkeeper; 06-15-2013, 10:50 PM.Originally posted by blunttechAlways Always go for the reach around if there is an option
