Not me...but it makes me happy to see another caged 16v running around the streets of Manhattan!

Saw this street-parked. Thought it might be this car but it doesn't have the sweet vanity plate ;)

Fixed the issue of interference between velocity stack and brake booster...

    Switched to a single-diaphragm booster from a W201 8v...

Found a good spot for the billet oil filter housing and oil cooler adapter (both Earl's). Plenty of room for a bigger and better filter...

Larger capacity radiator (Behr) and oil cooler (Mishimoto)...

Everything is connected with Aeroquip fittings and "Startlite" hose. The Startlite Kevlar/Nomex hose isn't as blingy as regular braided steel hose, but it's lighter and stronger (unfortunately, it's also about twice the price)...

Just a few odds and ends left.

    famous last words....

my brother has had a grey market 16v for about a dozen years now so I love seeing one of these out on the track against the bavarian counterparts.

    That's part of it:
    • Switching to shorter, mushroom-style velocity stacks from TWM
    • Switching to a "sausage" filter from ITG
    • Switching to the single-diaphragm brake booster from a W201 8v

Shouldn't be too big of a job

The engine builder took WAY too long to deliver the engine to Guten Parts.

We lost a whole season of racing because of that :???: :rippedoff:
