I assume BBS RC090, but what tire size and adapter thickness are you running? I think they look fantastic by the way.
Thanks, ya import duties on those adapters were $110, really sucks.

Yep they're rc090's, tires I believe are 205/45/17 and the adapters are 18mm. I need to really roll my fenders as they're currently sitting on the tires .

Thanks, I don't think it had anything with the finish of the paint. It was a fabric dye I guess so I'm guessing it would take the finish of the surface on which it was sprayed on. It was dupli-color fabric spray dye. If you go back a few pages I posted a picture of the can. Hope this helps.

A little update, the car is almost ready to be plated and driven. I need to get a few things done in order to get the car appraised and plated.

My old fuse cover was pretty much nasty, replaced that along with relays and fuses.
    Before

    Old fuses

    Clean,

The previous owner used ducting pipe as the air hose connector between the headlight cover and intake box. I found one at the junk yard.

And stupid me didn't realize 325 differs from the 318, damn.

    Old obc,

    Replacement,

    Broken sunroof crank,

    Replacement,

    Harness cover installed,

Now for the wheels, they say you should calculate before you put a setup together...I didn't do much of that...if any at all. Just figured this would work. I'll let the pictures do the talking.

    And ruined tires,

    You decide if it works.

Ya I used a generic white by Duplicolor, it was less "creamier" than the alpine white.

Hey, thanks. I pretty much removed everything that I could. As for the abs pump and brake lines, I unbolted it from the car and moved it over a few inches. This gave me enough room to spray behind and under it. The fuse box I didn't remove, I tried to get as much paint coverage around it. So if you look closely you can see where I missed. The main purpose of the paint was to cover any of the rust repairs. I'll be painting the bay sometime in the future when the engine comes out. I pretty much rattle canned the whole thing. Very light coats was the key here, went primer, color and then clear. Hope this helps. Oh ya anything that couldn't be removed was covered in plastic to prevent any overspray.

Just make sure bed liner is what you, I can't imagine having to get rid of that stuff once its on. I'll eventually get my bay done in alpine white once the motor gets swapped.

So these came in today, super excited but not before customs raped me on the import fees. These adapters went well over my intended budget thanks to canadian customs, should of just shipped it to buddy's place in the states. O well, just a warning to fellow canadians who decide to go this route watch out for customs. Enough complaining on that, the product looks well designed.

A little tricky getting things to align,

And the wheels....they're more than one piece :D

Thanks, yep it's running, I'm getting the battery light on the dash so I'm guessing its either the alternator ground or the alternator is bad. Haven't had time to check. Either this week or next the car will get it's plates so hopefully it'll be on the road soon. Still gotta go something about the wheels as the tires are on the car are like 6+ years old and showing signs of age.

I used some off the shelf generic white Dupli Color paint. Didn't really care on the shade of white which is less "creamier" than alpine white, bay will probably get painted in the future when its time for a swap.
