The only way for me to do it on mine is if i run the hot pipe across the front of the engine and then around past the headlight. If I could fit a setup running both inlet and outlet on the same side I'll definently be looking into it.

Very nice build thread. What kinda power will the M42 put out with the SC? how much boost do you wanna run?

I'm planning on fitting the intercooler behind the kindney grills so its hidden. The way piping seems to fit I think the inlet and outlet will have to be on opposite sides, Either way my piping should turn up sometime during the week and i'll see what will fit best and decide on a intercooler from there. I'm hoping for it to get me up around the 200rwhp range+. The person I bought the blower off said it was building a steady 6-8psi on the current pulley so I'll start there and eventually get a different pulley so it can make 10-12psi most probably.

Intercooler should be easy, get one with the inlet/outlet on the same side.

Seems that r3v is still having some bugs with the build threads not getting bumped. Anyway this morning I decided that I'd mount the supercharger up and see where I sit with how I can run a intercooler for it. I origonally wanted to mount it where the AC is but it wont fit there so I opted to mount it above the alternator. I'm still thinking about running a bit of piping and mounting a intercooler out the front purely because it seems easier to me than trying to figure out a water/meth injection. Heres a pic of it all mounted up.

Just have one pic. I ended up picking up Aurace's Sc14 blower for my car today. I also got his old mounting brackets but I'm not sure on if I want to mount it there or try and mount it on the AC Bracket and run a intercooler which is my preffered method. Next thing will be looking for injectors and figuring out what I want to do in terms of tuning ect..

I might have to have a look onto that. It depends really on what the results will entail. If it will max out at 200hp I wont really be that keen on it.

Also thanks for telling me about that bump. While I was under there with a hammer I also hit around a few other spots and it basically completely stopped my scrubbing. It now only has a light scrub over large bumps and quite hard cornering. Theres still a little bit more I can probly do to minimize it more but that can be next weekend I think.

Nice nice, I ended up finnishing work at 5:30 yesterday so decided I'd take it out and ended up with some people taking pics.

Still haven't washed it, I might on sunday if I don't have to work.

Good to hear that you've managed to get some more work done on the car. My cousin has been trying to convince me into getting a blower of a 4agze for my m42. And he's done quite a good job at it too. So I may end up swinging that direction instead of tarbo.

Bit past halfway along the guard towards the rear and up in it about 1.5"
Theres a few of them in there I think lol, its hitting a couple of things. I'll have to look at it when I get a chance to either not be sleeping or working lol.
