    Latest Update.

Unfortunately its all gone back together and the supercharger and all its parts have gone into the corner for the next little while. Had a problem with my daily and needed the bmw back on the road ASAP. So for now I'll be waiting to get a few grand back in the pocket before finnishing off the supercharger swap. Hopefully in a month or 2 I'll be back into it :)

So I got a little package in the mail yesterday and decided to have a little bit of a play around with it all today.

The first thing I found out is that I wont be fitting my intercooler where I wanted it to go so I started to mock up the piping where I'm going to run it.

I also removed my AC and front fan to allow for more room.

While I've got the front valance off I'm going to get it painted along with my iS lip and boot lid that I never got around to finishing.

I've basically got a piping set up that I'm starting to be happy with placement and I ordered a intercooler today along with a few more silicon hoses to finnish it all off.

As you can see by the time I get a pod filter and a inlet pipe in here for the supercharger this corner is going to be quite cosy. I'll be looking into relocating my power steering resovoir tomorrow and making some brackets to hold all the piping on.

225/50r16 rear 205/55r16 front. But being semi's they're a lot wider than standard tyres.

Good luck with it! What injectors? What ECU?
Injectors i'm still deciding on. Looking for some 30lbs/hr ones but having difficulty finding the part number for ones that will fit. Alternatively I may just get some 30lb/hr ones from vac motorsport. ECU I was going to go haltech by my mate that was going to fit it ect doesn't have time so at the moment megasquirt seems the way I'll be going.

Yeah i was thinking more a 300x280 core. I'm not running rediculious boost and superchargers give off a lot less heat than a turbo. Painting the cooler black was the first thing I was going to be doing aswell :P With any luck the piping will turn up this week and i'll mock that up as to where I want it to go and buy a cooler from there regarding if its inlet/outlet both sides or just 1 side.

Thats how the AA kit comes, and its really close in the already tight E30.

I had to cut the radiator support slightly in the bottom corners to get it to fit. The outlet runs across the front of the oil pan, with about an inch to spare. It wasnt that difficult at all.

*Sorry for the thread hijack, back to reapers build!
