Now that the prototype kit is complete they are available for purchase.

To get your E30-LS1 kit email me right away at E30LS1@gmail.com to put in your order. I will email you and let you know if you are one of the first ten orders. Some slots are already filled via the reservation list. Don’t worry if you’re not in this first group because you can be in on the second set of parts we get from the lasercutter. For those who respond for the first set of kits, upon receipt of my confirmation of your order, send $1200 or the proper amount for your selected parts to E30LS1@gmail.com via PayPal. These first orders should ship by approximately August 20th.

The final full kit price is $1200 for

    Engine Mounts
    Transmission Mount
    Brake Booster Linkage System
    Second Differential mount
    Radiator Mount
    Swap Guide CD
    - 200 page how to guide with every step and part we used to make our car

As far as headers go, two different sanderson headers fit nicely (part numbers are in the swap guide)

A GTO oil pan (or similar) does need to be located and notched to fit over the cross member. You can get any shop that welds aluminum to do this for you.

If you're referring to the left hand weld on that transmission mount pic I just put up, I forgot to spray anti spatter on that section haha, look at the others I think you'll see they're pretty solid.

Hey guys, quick update. Our kit does not include the driveshaft because they are usually included in your engine/transmission/driveshaft that you need to get. It's really easy to take them to a driveshaft shop and get them shortened. I think ours was less than $100 to get shortened and balanced. We're currently running 205 tires with a 2.92 diff and it spins the tires under power in first and second but still hooks up pretty well. You still can in third but you have to actively try to. Again, that's with a 2.92 diff though. A 3.44 or higher and you would surely get more tire spinning fun.

Here's a pic of the v2.0 trans mount installed in our car. We made it for easier exhaust running and we think it looks a lot better too.

Can you maybe dispel those feelings for me by comparing it to the m20 trans feel?
Get an aftermarket shifter. Problem solved.

What made you guys go with a remote hydroboost?
I went with a mark I jetta booster and just drilled the firewall and petal assembly to slide it over an inch and a half.

But to me everything looks great guys keep up the good work.
