Well other than being unbelievably hot, Saturday was awesome at Turner Field. The car did great. It was weird with the KDW's on front and all seasons in back, but I couldn't justify frying my new KDW's. The people shooting only had about a 2 minute crash course from me on the SLR before shooting, so the pics are not supurb. But here are some. Video should be coming before too long.

Thanks man. Some more updates. The bruises I had after the drift event convinced me I needed more support. So I picked these up locally. Now to just find something to bolt to em.

                        Vac sliders/mounts

And then went to record a log to smooth out some low load issues I'm having, when my heater core decided to spew. I cleaned it up as best I could and dried it up to look for where the leak was coming from. The foam is soaked, so I'm assuming the end cap separated.

Looks like 3500 Rpm the car switches almost immediately from "pretty fast for an old car" to "I need a fresh set of undies". This thread just made me undecided about the 24v swap.

                              Pretty accurate description there.

I love the spec clutch. It chatters occasionally, and squeals when rotating the opposite way (non-rev matched downshifts). Its a bit on/off and has a super short throw. Makes the e34 feel like a damn stair master.

I had to replace my heater core b/c it felt my feet were not hot enough in 97° weather. Looked like it was time to replace it anyway. I'm just glad i had some big skate shoes on and didn't get burned bad.

I also gave her a good cleanin and plopped on my new shift knob.
