Has the pedal effort increased with the manual brakes?
Did the pedal travel increase compared to stock?

Haven't been on here lately. Nothing has changed as far as the car goes since I finished it. I've driven it *maybe* 5 times since September. I have been hesitant to drive it in any weather but sunny and warmer than 50 degrees. It has a tendency to go sideways in the cold with the 215's on there lol.
I got the brake stuff from Summit, still running 5/8th front and rear with the bias toward the front. I am running half E36 M3 half 318ti until I can find decently priced Z3M stuff.Leave a comment:

Update?
This thiing is great!
I do have one question though, did you run 5/8ths on all master cylinders?
Also where did you order them from for $75?Leave a comment:

wow what a typical hoover-cluster f**k!!!! Glad it was simple and not something retarded complex! I love that car, it is so much tighter feeling than mine handling wise. I need more race suspension pieces for mine and like a cage/seats/harnesses/remove interior etc......
and if you plan on building another V8, we should just go all out and do a nasty M5 engine build from like a E39!!!Leave a comment:

Everything is ok. I had some time to work on it last night and started with cleaning the connections on the oil pressure sender first then took it for a drive. No oil light. Awesome. This morning I was meeting a few friends at Summit Point and decided to drive it out there. No oil light. I've out about 30 miles on it now without any indication of a loss in pressure or noise from the valve train, lower end etc. Justin was nice enough to send me a video of his oil pressure gauge to compare mine too. Everything checks out fine.Leave a comment:

I'm going to pull the pan as a last resort. Since oil (and water after I cleaned it) covered everything in the bay I want to make sure my oil sender wiring is still ok and not soaked with oil. I had this engine completely apart with the exception of the heads and even bought new oil pump bolts along with completely resealing the oil pump. Everything was torqued in the lower end per the repair manual too. I think its just too coincidental to have these issues pop up after the oil loss. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed.Pull the lower oil pan off and double check the oil pump bolts... they have a bad tendency of backing out of the pump on the M60's and end up in the pan and the engine with little oil pressure. I can't for the life of me figure out what happened to that cooler... just doesn't make sense...

There's a few things I'm going to double check tonight but to me it's looking pretty grim. There was only so much diag I could do last night in the backyard while holding my flashlight with my teeth and swearing profusely.
