You should zinc coated these (hood rail/base?) parts instead of being painted...at least I did this for my euro resto. m3 I'm doing and came out pretty damn good just as factory. Paint will scratch /loose I think? Other than that good project!

we were finally able to resume working on the car again...


fitting the modified iX side flares on along with the front bumper (note the front lip is not ON yet)
