It looks like the motor is sitting pretty far forward in the engine bay. Even with how lightweight the sr20 is, wouldn't it be better to get it closer to the firewall? I'm not well versed in the overall weight balance of the verts so I could be way off. Either way I'm really enjoying the build.
yeah im interested to see what you do for your ebrake setup.
Other than that! Swap looks good, car looks good.
Cant wait to see startup vids
Just doing a CNC hydro for now... Hopefully going to do a second caliper for it in the future.

I thought I posted a picture showing it, but I guess not. The motor is within an inch of the firewall, it's as far back as it can go really. Any further and the shifter would come nowhere near the stock hole (it doesn't line up as is and has to be cut), and you'd have to work out something for oil pan and steering rack clearance:
It could have gone maybe a 1/2 or 1/4 inch back, but I may switch to a Moroso oil pan soon, so I wanted a little extra clearance.
Rear subframe has finally been swapped out... It's nice to see the car no longer at gay ride height, but now I have to figure something out to get the front lower.
And minor modification to fit the shifter:

There's a drift day I'm hoping to make it out to on the 17th, so there's a chance the car will be done when you get here.

Amazing work. Any thoughts of selling engine mounts?
Touge Factory kept measurements for the mounts, so there may be a chance that they'll be will to make more.

I'm now waiting on an SR20 and Z32 box to arrive :D
Could you take a pic of the firewall clearence you have. And possibly some showing better the sump clearence to the steering rack.
Next time I'm at the shop i'll get some more pictures... The clearance on the underside of the car may have to wait a bit as the car isn't on a lift anymore.
Cheers, how much clearence you got between the engine and the radiator support panel? I previously had the intercooler and radiator mocked up IN the engine bay.
p.s. silvia radiators are a great fit in the E30 rails, just need to dream up some mounts. I was already planning to use one in my bay. So I'll be using the silvia radiator and hoses!
