Coming from a guy thats loves S13's and love my E30 you are my hero! LOL This build is sweet. I was thinking about doing the same build on my sedan, but then decided to go with the old tried and true S50 swap!

I got my motor and gearbox Friday. It's sitting in the bay on some mounts already :) I managed to get the intercooler and a 52mm radiator in there with room on the back for a thermo or two!

These things really fit in the bay well, the mid mount TD06 and screamer setup it came with shouldn't need much modification either (going to raise the gate a bit). I'm more than stoked :D

I'll look into it and get back to you.

I'm still debating that... Im not typically a fan of the color matched moldings, but for some reason I felt like it kinda worked. Once I paint the outside of the car I'll be painting the moldings, but I may go black until then.

Cheers, how much clearence you got between the engine and the radiator support panel? I previously had the intercooler and radiator mocked up IN the engine bay.

p.s. silvia radiators are a great fit in the E30 rails, just need to dream up some mounts. I was already planning to use one in my bay. So I'll be using the silvia radiator and hoses!
Id say there's about 5-6 inches. I was planning on doing the same with the Intercooler in the bay, but it looked it was going to be a squeeze with getting my fan setup in there and my Intercooler being fairly thick... That's actually an S13 koyo in the car already :)

Rear subframe has finally been swapped out... It's nice to see the car no longer at gay ride height, but now I have to figure something out to get the front lower.

And minor modification to fit the shifter:

There's a drift day I'm hoping to make it out to on the 17th, so there's a chance the car will be done when you get here.

Touge Factory kept measurements for the mounts, so there may be a chance that they'll be will to make more.

Could you take a pic of the firewall clearence you have. And possibly some showing better the sump clearence to the steering rack.
Next time I'm at the shop i'll get some more pictures... The clearance on the underside of the car may have to wait a bit as the car isn't on a lift anymore.
