Meet Johanna

After letting go of my 1991 318is Katarina, there is a new girl in town and her name is Johanna.

I rescued her from the shores of Long Island and ferried her back to a warm garage in Connecticut.

I am debating swapping an m52 2.8 turbo I have prepared in my garage or keeping it all original since it has only 99k miles.

And lastly, some inspiration (minus the whole bicycle roof rack volks thing)



Items addressed:
1. Installed a new glove box, latch and handle.
2. Put in a set of new NGK V Power plugs and did an oil change.
3. Have a new pair of control arms and lemforder offset M3 cabs to install this weekend.
4. Even with a bad muffler, the car passed CT emissions no problem.
5. New German OE top in the mail... to replace "custom sealed duct tape top".

Needs:
1. Suspension over-hall, brakes
2. Possibly that m52 swap
3. New top installed
4. Fuel gauge non working
5. Some cluster lighting bulbs out on right side
6. Rusted muffler
7. Paint
8. Tires
9. Radio installed
10. Mtech cloth interior?

Yep the key was the right one and thanks for the labels. I know someone who is willing to sell me his s52 next spring so I think that's the plan for now. Also just to let you know i am probably going to be swapping out the exhaust soon for something more docile and I know you put a lot of work into it so if you want I will sell it back to you. If you want it let me know and we will work something out.
