Refinishing some wheels

    Trying to remember the name of those wheels. Never liked them, but you actually made them look good. Doesnt look bad with the emblem either.

                It looks out of place on them. The cap sticks out a little too much and it doesn't flow with the wheel. Like I said, I'm going to wait and see how they look once mounted on the car. I have a couple other ideas for center caps to try out, just need to find the right materials.

                        They look great. Even better with no caps. If anything look into just a dust cap, perhaps with an emblem over just the hub bore but leaving the lug area in black exposed. In anycase these should look great mounted...

                            That is an option I've been considering. Just need to find a cap that will fit.

                                Those are the exact wheels my Montana Green A2 GTI came with!!! I don't know who made them though... I remember they were sharp on the edges.

                                EDIT: Man, I've been staring at those... My clear coat was coming of in the EXACT same places those are/ were. DUDE, those might be my old wheels!!

                                        Bought them from a guy in louisville. Not sure if that helps at all since you're in A-town.

                                                Finished polishing the wheels. I'm currently taping them of and prepping them for paint. Should have them on the car monday if tires come in.
