project: delphin ...breaking out the parts stash!

i sold ol' houndstooth for an E36 M3, but i kept a bunch of parts along with some others ive been saving and now its time to give my delphin 325e some attention.

the car is starting out as an excellent platform...
i bought it from the original owner who garaged the car each night under a sheet. the car snapped a timing belt on start up and not being a car guy himself he decided to let it go rather than try to fix it.
i then found a motor on CL that was rebuilt 60k ago by a local respected BMW service shop. it came from a his daughter who upon receiving the car put it into a ditch 4 days later. just previous to her getting the car it had a new water pump and timing belt put in so those literally have about 4 days worth of miles on em.

    the car -

heres some of the parts waiting to go on...
ill snap pics of the rest when i get a chance -

    mt1 steering wheel

new door knob style shift knob with mt1 selector

    cassette holder console

    husco arm rest

leather shift boot and ebrake boot

    E34 leather ebrake handle

    maplight mirror

    german check panel

    new roundels (front/back)

    euro grilles

smoked euro hellas with wiper motors

    headlight wipers

    euro rear plate filler

and because im a nerd, an old period correct dealership plate frame

Nice to see it getting attention! I vote no valance but that's a matter of personal taste. What are you doing for wheels?

P.S. Your lucky I don't live close by; I really envy your parts stash ;)
