    Yup. Router with a 1/2" round-over bit with a ball bearing guide.

    Got the fuel rail modified.


    New mounting tab.






    In place.


    Also bent the fuel line tube so everything clears now.

    I will be putting a 1/2" radius on all the holes. That's why I made the plate so thick, to allow for the radius.

    You could do that but it wouldn't gain that much in terms of flow. It's well proven that a tube with an 1/8" + radius on the edge will flow 98% or so as well as a huge radius (trumpet).

    This is good for OP because it is very easy to do and he has plenty of material to work with.
