Thanks, yeah it was my first car so I really didn't know what I was doing at first. Now that I have seen some of the BMW scene and learned a few things I'm starting to do what I want and make my car look right.

Yeah it's a custom blue from Maaco, plan on doing a matte white soon or something different. New wheels are coming soon too, just a matter of time.

Starting to settle a little more, but it has a weird feeling to it now when I drive...

Gave the e30 a nice bath and detail on Saturday morning, made me start to think about what I really need next. I need to smog my car and get an alignment. Then hardwire my v1 and I'm thinking about going lower ahh.

Throw some regular tails or all reds on there and see what it does for you.

Yes, stock or all red tails will me a great improvement. That and removing the shocker sticker. Those things were popular like 4 years ago and even though I rocked one I realize now it's really tacky.

Well it's been awhile since I have updated this thread...

I'll try and rewind as much as I can so you guys can all keep up with my progress of the car... enjoy!

So I went through the process of finding a nice passenger seat and I found a Sparco Evo from a friend for about $500 shipped to my door. Love it, it looks perfect. I'm still waiting on sliders and lumbar pillows to show up. It looks like it's going to be a bit of a wait but the seat is installed and I'm happy with it, now I just need to get black roof liner and I'll be happy.

Then on to my new wheels. They are Apex racing wheels wrapped in Falken 452 215/40/17s and I'm looking to upgrade to a staggered setup with 325s in the rear. So far I love them. I've been going back and forth on what color I want but silver is a nice contrast.

As of today ( June 2nd ) my car is sitting in the shop getting the M20 rebuild... and I'm not half assing it. I'm so excited to get this thing back... It's going to take me some time but I'm going to slowly pay the labor fees off haha. Here is my list that's going on right now...

Heavy Duty rocker arms ( ireland Engineering )
                              272 Regrind Cam
                              Oversized eccentrics
                              Ireland Engineering strut bar
Miller MAF + chip and tune
                              KA Motors carbon fiber intake
                              I Throttle body ( painted black )
                              I Intake Manifold ( painted black )
                              New radiator
                              New spark plug wires
                              New intercooler piping
                              New oil cooler
Air to fuel ratio gauge + laser cut panel

How it sits as of last weekend... it's in the shop until the 7th or so of June, can't WAIT to see the difference. For those who didn't know, the guy before me that had the car f-ed it up big time. He put a I dinan chip with the Super ETA manifold... everything is so restricted it's insane, so after this I'm hoping to gain at least 20+ hp and just feel a nice clean difference.

                              Stay tuned!

Dude, you're painting the intake without pulling the fuel rail or wiring... WTF!

Otherwise, congrats on the head build, you'll love it.
