So adding some cams would push it over 250whp? That's pretty damn good, didn't realize this much power was attainable.

Thanks, I relayed the numbers and dyno graph back to TRM and Mike was suprised himself and said that it looked like S52 power. He also said that dynapaks tend to read lower so it may actually read higher on a Dynojet.

I dont think I will be doing cams yet as I am not looking to shift the powerband to the upper rev range just yet. I like having more torque on the bottom end that the cams will take away.

Ah. All of this is music to my ears. The s50 is plenty more power than I need right now, but I'm excited to see the potential that the motor has. The flat powerband isn't dramatic enough for my tastes.

s52 power with less displacement... so awesome!

Very nice man. I'm probably a few weeks away from finally getting mine dyno'd. I've just got to break in the motor first (lots of internal work done as well).

                  Good numbers!

I'm pondering the thought of selling her. Its time the new owner bring her to perfection with some good paint and an un-cracked dash...

This car came out sweet, can't believe you want to sell it. What you got up your sleeve

This just makes no sense. You will regret selling it.

QFT. Why don't you save a little and fix those things yourself. You have a mighty nice car.

Whatever makes you happy in the long run brother - my wife and I just purchased our 8th BMW over a 4 year period. Nobody said car ownership was permanent, it's not like a kid :D

There are always other projects, but somehow I imagine you will certainly regret this later.
