225 is more for an 8" rim. just get the stock size for the m3 "205/55-15 is the correct size" the m3 came on 15x7 rims.

225 will be a little bubbly which works if you like that. They will be aggressive but you can go low with a good pull on the fenders. 205/55 will let you drop it to the ground.

You are thinking about this wrong. 55 is a percentage of the width so a 205 55 is actually not that tall.

aslo the sidewall on 225/50 and 205/55 are the same. from the side look identical

Its hard to judge tire size when looking at an m3 and a non-m.

I personally want 15x8 trm c1 225/50
