Worked on some little stuff with the car today, mostly installing trim pieces and whatnot. I started adjusting the coils as well, I got the rear ride height set where I want it but need to bring the front down a bit. I am worried about my front bumper though, the uprights on the M-sport bumpers are notoriously weak and I really don't want to destroy a brand new OEM bumper. Tried the white stars on as well just to see how they looked and I kinda like them, but I'll probably stick with the naked look for the time being. Weldcraft shipped my Speedlines on Friday though, so more wheel updates soon hopefully.

Rewarding, yes. Fun, no! Painting is pretty fun, until something goes wrong like a bug/run/fisheyes, but bodywork is tedious.

Started cleaning up the car tonight.. Washed it with the new foam gun and began working on the interior. Still waiting on some parts and have a lot of stuff left to do, but the list is getting smaller

lol it's really not nice, the camera does a lot for it I guess. It is a d-schwarz/black/5sp 535is, but someone Maaco painted it some random charcoal color and the paint is scary. It also has 250k+ miles and 20 exhaust leaks.

e28 is a total pile, not worth posting pictures of. It's just my beater/back up DD

It has enough in the front, it has 3-4" depending on height, but I haven't measured it since I put it all together. I went over this earlier in the thread. When I first got the A-1 stuff I was planning on running stock length housings but I realized I would have no travel, partly because the A-1 top perches are really tall. I shortened the housings 2.5" and got some flat perches. This is with stock strut mounts also, I'll probably go with some GC plates eventually. I haven't set up the bump stops yet though, need to drive it around a bit first. As for the rear, I haven't really messed with the ride height much at all yet. It's just sitting at the height where I needed it to be while rolling the fenders

My favorite wheel for E34 of all times! Car looks great! But a serious question if I may, how much suspension travel do you have on there before you are on bump-stops? I am not asking this to poke fun, but honestly want to know what your suspension config is like.

    Thanks!
