Car has no fog lights, those are just plastic covers.

Yes they are original E30 seats.
I think they are from an E30 Convertible.

Beautiful car, nice work. Sucks it fell off the jack but doesn't look to bad. You should really consider mounting the shoulder straps of your harness to a higher point in the car, having that steep downward angle can cause your spine to compress in certain types of crashes. I am pretty sure sparco has a spec for the allowed angles on their site.
