          First Start:
i still need install the exhaust headers, hook up vacuum hoses to intake manifold, hoses to TB boot, and the O2 sensor and it should be running a lot smoother. cooling system is complete now too.

I'll have a better video soon, just wanted to post this because im very pleased that it started; thanks to Hoveringuy.

thanks! I actually drove it for the first time yesterday morning. I installed the revshift 24v flex disc and UUC trans mounts and e36 shifter linkage and it was good to go.

Just need a CC and hook up the exhaust and it'll be fully road ready.

im not following... you want me to do your swap, or are you making a sarcastic insult on my automotive skills?

only thing your car needs to match mine is no sound system, a cheaply done third brake light removal, and fog lights

                    oh and then I'd need a s52 w/ m50 mani swap..and a SICK turbo

well, i still dont have a sound system, but i will be fiberglassing a sub and amp box in the trunk. i think i will be keeping the third light. and i'll be getting the late model bumpers and valance so i will have fog lights.

But YES!! You need to go with an s52 Turbo. Garrett all the way!

your car looks amazing btw. I think im going to make an attempt and reupholster my seats this summer.

Quick Update: I'll have a bunch more to add when i get home, but heres a little bit for now.

So in the past few months i have been collecting parts for my turbo build and exterior body work. Here are the parts i have gathered

CX racing polished aluminum 2.5" charge pipes w/silicone couplings and t-bolt clamps

polyurethane m3 transmission mounts with reinforcement cup and the revshift 24v swap flex disc. I had to do a little bit of grinding on the transmission output flange to get it to fit but it worked out just fine.

                        Revshift 24v swap flexdisc

im pretty sure i'll be cutting out the harmonic balancer. It is causing some issues with the shift linkage.
I spent an entire day searching the junk yards for part # 4 in this pic.

Couldnt find a single manual e30, but ended up seeing a junk yard on the way home, one that i have never been too and decided to try my luck at 4:30pm. They were closing in 30 minutes. Literally the last car on the lot was an awesome looking e30 coupe that had a ton of work done to it. Managed to get the part out after about an hour. Luckily they let me stay later than closing to get it.

I went back the following day to pull the suspension. It had billy sports with eibach race springs. I had installed the h&r cup kit on my e30 a while back but due to the engine swap i never drove it. Decided to pull the h&r and install the billy's and eibach springs. Sold the h&r for almost what i payed for it. Basically got the billy's and eibach for $60. Payed the junk yard $10 for everything and only lost $50 selling the h&r. car looks great, and its way stiffer than the h&r. I still plan on getting GC coilovers down the road, but this will have to do for now.

I picked up a late model front valance locally for a great price. I was super lucky to get it in zinnoberrot red. Great condition too. I'm going to do a bit of sanding and bondo to get it looking new.

i'm not sure what tire size i will be running but i think i am leaning towards 205/40/16 in the front and 215/45/16 in the rear. not sure if these will fit, but i will do more research later. I want a little stretch but not much. Gotta get the wheels mocked up and go from there.

since i am going to run the car NA for a bit, i will be fabbing up the exhaust with a 3bolt universal flange to the end of the Y collector, then having another flange a few inches before the cat. i am doing this so when i switch to FI all i need to do is have a small piece of 90ish degree pipe with v-band clamp on engine side to match up to the good&tight downpipe, and 3bolt flange on cat side to match up to the
                        remaining exhaust.

here's a little video of my car idling in my driveway with a little r3v to it. I want some exhaust so i can drive it on the streets.

I am planning on sanding the entire car and doing some bondo work on it and driving it for the summer like that. My idea is, a sanded car w/bondo work shows a work in progress, whereas a car with 1000 door dings and rims shows an owner driving a shitty car thinking its great. what do you guys think?

little update: picked up a 2.93 lsd today.

                              cleaned it up a bit.

Time is really killing me right now, and all of the little things are really starting to add up, like rerouting a power cable, new oil sensor wiring, buying/selling parts, family, leavenworth dr., e30 picnic, yada yada yada so its getting difficult to spend some quality time on the car. but here's a pic of the parts I've collected so far. i had to clean out my garage, so it seemed like the best time to lay 'em all out.

Small Update. I'll have more pics and possibly n exhaust clip video tomorrow.

I finished welding up my exhaust last week, got it mounted and tucked real nice. heres just a pic of the main section of piping out of the car.
