yes, it will be sick and I can't wait to finish it either but there is a long way to go still

the original quarter was not cut, it was retained for strenght, only the M3 quarter skin was welded onto the existing e30 TOruring quarter, the skin is very light, probably less than 5 lbs

more fabrication and work on the rear door

Vlad, since you guys do everything else that's totally insane why not swap the tail panel to accept the early tails?

I was thinking the exact same thing until I saw the latest pictures with the work already being done...

I've seen it done (I think there was a guy on R3V who did it on his 4 door touring) but IMHO it looks weird, I don't like it, besides I have to finish this car by August 27th

              kind of looks like this

I think late model big tails fit the darker color touring a lot better

                big tails look really good!

I love the M3 Touring that you are trying to create. I wish I had the time to do this.... I need an M-Tech II kit and I'll be set.

Can't wait to see the interior!!

I agree. This one seems to be cleaner than the blue one. Not a fan of the bumper either. An M one would look much better.

I wonder how do you open the rear door from outside on that blue touring?

                          I'm still undecided...
May I suggest British Racing Green? Classic color across the board, as well as an OEM color for BMW.

                          That is all.

LSB is meh on a regular E30 M3. Would look worse on a touring IMO

                                My vote is orange
