One step at a time, cannot swap a new engine in without going over it. You know me better than that! First the M50, then the b27i I have a habit for the "while you're in there" way of wrenching.
You know, I remember when you signed up here and everybody hated you. Now you are a Mod with an awesome build. I'm sure everyone still hates you though :p
1985 M10b18. 70maybewhpoffury. Over engineered S50b30 murica BBQ swap in progress.

I have a week of the shop all to myself! Off to a good start? Tomorrow I will button up the underside and Monday it will be running. Header flange is getting plasma CNC cut this weekend. Should have the headers/exhaust fabbed and finished by Wednesday if all goes as planned.
P.S. This was my first time putting an engine in from above. And without a load leveler haha. Went pretty good, my brother dancing and shit. He is a lurker on here(N1nja). He has been the never failing helping hand behind this build.
Did a few things...
Tucked the power wires to the fuse box in the wiper compartment. Use the wiper wire inlet grommet and drilled and made a grommet for the exit near the power block.
My favorite rear view mirror setup. It is perfect with the sunroof metal removed!
