That conventional worm drive clamp on the top of your fuel injection hose is not ideal. Please consider using the correct clamp, submerged fuel hose lives a hard enough life as it is.

I already tried using a fuel injection clamp but they will not clear(Notice the one holding the pump?). Once I get the time after Gfest I will take the clamp off and mess with it. Right now it is perfect and I have 2.5' of hose laying in the box, it will be fine.

Funny thing is that clamp holding it was what the Walbro kit came with to fasten them haha. I went out and bought the injection clamps because of that and the fact that I got 3/16 hose in the kit(would not fit the top).

It'll work fine for a while.

Eventually for maximum reliability I'd suggest using submersible fuel hose (SAE 30R10) and Oetiker clamps. I once used the wrong kind of hose outside of the tank on the feed side and it ruptured in around 6 months.

Those will clear perfectly, bought a set :) I am not sure of the fuel hose SAE, but it was what advanced auto said is used for the pressure feed. They gave me a scrap piece over 2.5'. I could not argue with that.

Damn. excellent work on that exhaust, you should make another identical exhaust setup and sell it to me.

The entire system will be for sale once I go turbo. Headers, custom dual 2" S pipes to a Y Vband connector then 3" back to a 3"in and 4" outlet Magnaflow.

This was just a idle/low rev clip. It really sounds amazing while driving and when you drop the RPMs for highway it is normal. Zero droning and cabin feedback. I used a ball peen hammer to do an old school trick to get rid of that. You dimple the straight sections and oval the subframe section. It acts as a resonator.

I'll get some driving clips tomorrow. This clip was too far away and the dialogue with my brother distracts from the exhaust too much.

Some might know that the m30 is going turbo over the winter. So since the clutch is worn a bit I picked up an M5 flywheel and something to make it all hold the power ;)

Not much on the front of updates as I have just been enjoying the amazing m30 powerband in a light e30.

4 button? Does that mean 4 puck?

If so, have fun. My 6 puck with upgraded pressure plate is hard enough to drive smoothly lol.

I too put in an upgraded clutch, with dreams of boosting. Your dreams are wayy closer to coming true than mine though.

It is a 4 puck, and I will be boosted by next year. I would have been by the end of the month but I do not want to be without my car any longer. I will do engine work when it is stored :)

I am excited though, an scca event is this weekend. Looking forward to the improved power band.
