What was wrong with priming the oil? When i did mine. The pump was already primed from builder. I pulled fuse and relay and turned it over for a while until it was good an primed through the blocked and then fired it up. No problems.Comment

I hope you enjoy text you a video of my H35-24 m3......
I do not drive on free way. I drive it in windy roads. I have used a 410lsd on s38 for 18 years. I love it... I have tried 373lsd. I did not like it, because it did not rev up motor quick on windy roads.Projects Hartge,Alpina & AC Schnitzer Builds.http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=280601

I remember the first start being a nail biter due to the length of time for the oil pump to prime. I spun it without plugs and ended up putting some thicker ( Marvel Mystery?) oil in the filter housing and it still took a while. I read that some people pack the pump with something like Vaseline for the first start.
I am glad to hear you aren't afraid to push these old beast motors.Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience. -Mark TwainComment
