What was wrong with priming the oil? When i did mine. The pump was already primed from builder. I pulled fuse and relay and turned it over for a while until it was good an primed through the blocked and then fired it up. No problems.

I found more cut wires that I fixed. I found my short on my turn signals.........I need to check out my c101 plug for correct connections.
I also got my H35-24 clone back on the road. It been sitting year plus. I need to install a 188 427lsd and a Mason e30 lower X brace. Here is a link.

Why a 4.27 isnt that extremely high for a s38? Thats whats in my 5spd m20 car and its god awful interstate is 80mph at 5000 rpm in 5th

I remember the first start being a nail biter due to the length of time for the oil pump to prime. I spun it without plugs and ended up putting some thicker ( Marvel Mystery?) oil in the filter housing and it still took a while. I read that some people pack the pump with something like Vaseline for the first start.
