Raul, what is you target for wheel HP?

I would like 450hp plus. If run e85 fuel or 91 + methanol it could crazy.

The pictures don't do this head justice. It is nice to see the attention to detail and quality of work put into them.

I pull the m30 crank out of the block. Time to send block work on it. In few weeks I will be ready order my custom pistons & rods.

I been sanding on one wheel. I got some primer on it. I need to sand it some more. Before I paint it.

I painted one Alpina B10 wheel today. I'm not sure of the color silver used is a little to dark. I will paint a liter silver on it.

Rims are looking good! If you used the same paint as used on the Hartge's it will look perfect.

Yes I forgot it cost me two beers. The paint I used on the Hartge's is to dark. I been trying different type of silver. The silver I need to find is Polaris silver. I going try this.

Two, 3, maybe 4 questions for you, m20b25 motor, itb, n/a ...

- does alpina sells the over gauge (round part) cover separetly ?, missing on my set :(
- is 80c too low of oil temp? sender installed on drain plug
- vacume line straight to fpr line, right?

also have an US m3 cluster, so wondering if to install it or not,
if so, what other temp would you monitor with that gauge ?

Hi Frank.
If you are talking about the face of the Alpina vent gauge. The one on mine is missing. If you have a real e30 Alpina with a Alpina vent gauge. You need vin. tag number and car number then you might able to buy it if not NA.

The oil temp that came in my Alpina vent gauge is 180c.

The vacume line off the silver box plugs straight to intake manifold.

If you plan to use the m3 temp. I would tap in to the oil filter housing. The s14 and s38 have sending units on the oil filter housing.

Mr Alpina. You are correct a complete Alpina vent gauges sell between $1,400 and high as $2,500 on ebay.
