I think it will keep the temps down a few degrees.


I drilled and tapped thread for ame adapters fittings.

Some good deals came up for sale like Hartge and Alpina parts that I could not pass up. It will slow the project a little.

Thanks for the input on the oil cooler. I might have to have mine repaired. Seems to be leaking just a little. If they can't fix it, then new oil cooler will be on the list.

I found this on ebay. If it made urathane plastic. It is a real Hartge air dam. The only Hartge body kit made of fiber glass was for H35 e30.

I bought a other Alpina big brake kit new 296x25mm rotors, pads and used calipers.

The brake set came for sale threw a friend of mine. I could not pass up a good deal.
The H27 is only Hartge parts at this time. I still need to look for a 88> up e30.

I finished my slow polishing on my e34 m5 oil cooler housing. This is a early pic before I did some more polishing. I hope to install this week and install the oil lines.

What was the final grit you used?

I just bought a few buff wheels and some rouge. I want to polish the ACS strut-bar to a finish like that.

I used 2000 grit. I went over it a few times. If you have a polishing wheel it should look like chrome.

I was not going to run a oil cooler. My buddy Frank suggested it, because to give the m30 longer life.
