    CAtuned *** E30 Sedan Build *** DONE PAGE 6

Picked this Sedan a little while ago. And it basically sat in my garage at home. Been busy at work and haven't had the time to do anything with it. But this Wednesday my wife had her weekly doctors appt. so I just took the day off and worked on it. Not going to do a full restoration just yet but going to do what ever it takes to make a good daily.

    Year: 1989 325i
    Color: Lachssilber
    Engine: M20
    Trans: 5 speed
    Rims: 16" with Kumho tires

Wednesday I did a timing belt, water pump, new plugs, cap, rotor, air filter. And Sway bar lings, control arms, etc.

Previous owner replaced the rear shocks: Tokico Blue. And left the rear springs stock. Front shocks are blown but changed the Springs to Eibach Sports.

So I also installed the Rear springs in. Runs a whole lot better and looks better. Installed Euro Grilles, Smiley headlights, and HID. That's good enough.

Heres my Wife :) were gonna have a baby girl.. before Xmas I hope

Let me know what you think

Drove the 4 door to work today and found the passenger side caliper locked up on me half way to the shop. :(

It's ok.. Installed brand new rotors, new caliper, new pads and stainless steel lines from UUC. New brake fluid.

Installed the Rear euro filler and took it for a spin. Runs great now and no brake issues.
Also installed the Mark D. Chip and this thing woke up from it's nap.

I end up selling almost all my e30's and we have a bunch of them. Well like 4 or 5 that were doing right now. This give me money for the coupe restore/ project. It's killing me. No more $ left.. lol

                              Clean car!

I noticed it still had hex head headbolts, you should swap those out (you can replace one at a time without disturbing the head) as they are know to break.
