I noticed it still had hex head headbolts, you should swap those out (you can replace one at a time without disturbing the head) as they are know to break.
Good eye.. Yes sir already have that planed. Head gasket was done by the previous owner but for what ever reason they decided to save $25 so I will for sure do that.

            Update time:

Mounted the Steering wheel but still need to put in the quick release and wire up the horn

            Pulled the Rear end out

Replaced it with a LSD Unit 3.73

            Replaced the Axles

Installed the Rear Steel Braided lines. Also got some parts in for some upkeep and repair:

Will need to replace the old head bolts with updated units as well as replace the oil pan gasket and install the e36 M3 Steering rack.

 I owned this car like 2-3years ago.

 I'm glad it went to a enthusiast. Everything you have done looks great!

Rear End went in today. New fluids. Braided lines are done..
Front of the car is apart. Pulled the bad rack out. Installed the E36 m3 rack along with new inner and outer tie rod ends. Washed all of the metal that came off since it had 3 or 4 years of oil build up. Replaced the Engine mounts. Forgot my camera at home :(

Oh and new headbolts went in as well.
