lets start of with some pictures underneath the car















right now i have the stock engine(m42) married with the uber!! getrag 240(both reserved for my buddy marv), and an open 4:10 diff... Currently installed is a set of blown bilstein shocks, Weitec springs (idk the brand? but owner said it was rare), and lots of worn bushings!!!

cleaned the sunroof gutter

cleaned the door sill

i have black tar on my door for some reason

cleaned it off!

installed the driver black door card

shampooed the carpet, here it is now dyed black

also dyed the rear speaker panel, here it is installed

Here is my tan headliner

Started to remove the windows


And the sunroof


cleaned and condition all of the weather stripping and started cleaning the edges of the window

cleaned the edges of the trunk aswell

but here is the black headliner finally installed


yes, my dome lights are hanging lol couldn't find the old bulb

I wanted to start with the interior, so went locally to search for parts... luckily, someone was parting out his 1991 318is... so here are some pics after i stripped the sellers car





Removing the headliner is extensive... had to remove all of the windows out and the sunroof for it to be extracted! I also took his whole black interior INCLUDING THE BLACK HEADLINER... but i left my tan driver seat because he needed it

Before i start the headliner, i wanted to remove most of the interior so i have room









might aswell clean the trunk, so lets strip it

Hi everyone, if you haven't seen my first thread in members rides, http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=230564, there's the link, i thought it was more appropriate to move my car to the project forum because ill be updating frequently...

So, here is my old
This is a 2004 RX-8, it is fully loaded with factory options, i upgraded to coilovers (Tein Flex), bigger wheels (Enkei RPF1), and wider tires (275 all around). This car was fun, but looking for something with more potential!!!





Then i got this! a 1991 318is










So my goal for this car is to swap it!... for the engine, i just want a little power... for the suspension, i just want to tighten it a bit... and i want black interior including headliner...
