I was gonna say that it would also be nice if massive hadn't stopped making/selling their booster delete kit. Well, it looks like they're making/selling them again!
Fantastic! I've wondered why they haven't, it's a simple kit so the profit per setup seems like it would make them a lot.

I need to get it done sooner than later so it will start with the shorties backwards, but as soon as I have the funds for tubing and bends, I'll probably figure something out.

Going to go ahead and get the e30v8 mounts to save myself the headache. It will double purpose because anything I make, I can duplicate since most run those mounts.
You could probably pair up with e30v8 if you design the headers and have them advertised/sold on their site. I'm sure he wouldnt mind doing that.

Interesting. Is the clearance an issue only when mounting it in the original orientation? I was under the impression that most people mounted the headers backwards. The motor I have already has a good set of shorties on it.

I'm about to do the swap, so I am soaking up as much information as I can beforehand.

Honestly the 5.0 swap is as easy as swapping an oe engine. Mounts are all fabbed for you. The pan is fabbed for you. The driveline is fabbed for you. All you gotta do is drop it in and rewire. The exhaust is a bitch to keep everything up and to snake it through if you keep mandrel bends. Ive got 2.5 -3" and it was a bitch to get it past the engine, subframe, starter, and frame.

If you need any help in that department hit me up. I just finished my MS box the other day. Of course I now have to change some things to run the 5.0 motor, but either way hit me up if you need anything!
