Well, by my calculation, the swap weighs about 50 or so pounds heavier than an m50/ g260 combo with all accessories, and aluminum heads drop ~80lbs, so... I am very excited to finally get it on the scales at some point, though.



For now, stock EFI, but Megasquirt is most definitely in the plans.

Have you considered a rear exit? There's something sexy about a big engine with a tamed exhaust note. Then again, if you simply love loud, then carry on. :pimp:

Wheels are off till summer haha, so probably not happening for a while.



Also, car will probably not be driving till summer. Long story, lots of work being done including engine rebuild and switching to EFI.

Decided to repaint part of my bay, since I always use it for parts storage while working on the car.

Threw an old bike grip on my ebrake handle. I don't know why, but it's so much nicer! Feels much better than stock, and especially just the bare handle.








This is why I need a new throttle pedal. If anybody can direct me to any universal floor mount pedals, that would be fantastic! Not really a safety issue, just a little annoying.








I actually decided to wash, wax and detail her. My work on the wheels was ruined 40 miles later thanks to my carbon race pads, but what can you do?

Any tips on separating the bumper from the trim? I need to get mine painted as well. Also, was the paint for the bumper krylon branded as well?

Not really, sorry :/ Just had a few differently sized flat heads and take your time!

No, the bumper paint was Rustoleum. Make sure to put a good amount of coats on, though. I only did 2 or 3 and it came out just a tad light, but nothing terrible.
