That's funny. I think I ordered like $40 worth of stuff there once and they tossed in a hat. I just thought it was something they did for all new customers.

        I didn't get a hat :(

Definitely reweld that pan, doesn't look like it'll hold anything right now.

Haha. It also is basically my first time welding. It is so difficult since the metal is so thin! I think i did pretty well for only welding random crap together beforehand.

What kind of welder are you using? Gas? It almost looks flux cored...

Its going to be sealed and leak tested. Any leak it has at all will be taken care of. e30v8.com wants like, $250 for a $50 pan.

DAT SOUNDS LIKE SOME E34 24V SWAP PAN MONEY

i.e. pretty normal for a pan that will hold up.

I know its not much, but if this pan is strong and holds just fine I'll be using it haha. If not, then I'll just buy another new one and have a shop mod it. Still be cheaper.

Btw, you ever find an e34 booster set-up? Trying to find a whole set-up/ what I'm missing still...

Cover shipping both ways and I'll weld that pan for you, lol. Thin steel isn't hard to weld..just gotta get the settings right.

Anymore updates? How's the harness going?
