    Correct.

It's been a while so I don't remember exactly what was going on, but I definitely had the clevis a slot over from where it should have been. Worth checking out.

I'm going to play with it when it clears up outside
This is exactly the symptom of when misadjusted.

Lift the car and check each wheel spins without much brake drag. If one wheel has issue could be the caliper or collapsed brake line, if all of them drag then make sure there is free play in the rod or just back it off some and see if it helps.

I've adjusted it every way possible. I mean I could be rushing it and not hitting the sweet spot, but I've pretty much tried everything with the pedal adjustment.

My pedal is adjusted to pretty much exactly Bentley's measurements. They are still rubbing and the master isn't even fully on.
I think I found the issue. When I first removed my booster I remember the rod came out of place, I think when I reinstalled it maybe rod wasn't seated in the right spot?

Again another EDIT: I think this little rod is the problem. Its not seating correctly and I'm not 100% sure why.
I'm tempted to just grind it down and shorten it.

I managed to snap a picture of the inside of the booster and the spot where this seats is worn, I think thats causing it to not seat correctly and flat
You can see it looks like the rod was kinked down and me pressing the brakes caused it to wear.

So out of desperation and frustration I ground the rod down a couple millimeters and BAM! Brakes are golden, no more locking up.
I don't see any harm in shortening the rod.

I'm not sure how permanent this will be, but I just need the car drive able so I can go get smog.

So one thing I overlooked was the instrument cluster coding plug! My RPMs have been off this whole time. Luckily my buddy had one laying around and we put it in and its all good now.
No wonder I was disappointed when I punched it at 4k rpm!

How did I not update this?! I've registered her and been driving her.

It's been a lot of fun and has been working great so far. I really need to swap the brake booster though!
