Thanks, we are working on it pretty furiously to get ready for PIR on June 30th. Still using the test motor which has nearly 300k on it. I'm noticeably down on power compared to other PRO3s so hopefully we can find a few more with headers and some other bolt on things that are legal for the class.
The transmission needs to be changed, We lost third gear for the most part. If you watch some of those video's you'll see I have problems with third grinding and popping out a few times. pretty annoying to drive on a track where the only two gears we used were 3/4. Portland is the same except we get to 5th on the front and rear straights

Interior gauges, and instruments
Ignition Switch:

Main Control Panel:

Using the stock panel as the mount for the dashboard.

drilled four holes in the corners, then globed some quickweld and taped in some screws.

Support installed. Easy to reach in and route wiring.

Instrument cluster (made for me by James Crivellone):

Gauge pod

Trimmed and glued ABS plastic inside the original center vent. Drilled 2 1/16 hole for volt, this will run all four gauges.Leave a comment:

Man it has been so much fun building this car from the ground up. Never thought I would be a head mechanic for any kind of racing. So excited for the 17th. First full race day.Leave a comment:

Thank you :-D
Thanks Matt, Patrick @ BMA has them
Good to see you too man, Reid is excited about the talk you guys had about his WRX cage.
Hell yeah I'll rock some stickers on the work of art you call a roll cage.
Yeah, it was a good day for one of the cars, we are sorting James' out this next week. What were you driving?Leave a comment:

Nice progress, lots of good shops up your way.
Couple quick notes,
the sway bar endlinks should not be connected until the suspension is under load/on the ground (so the load on the links will be neutral while the car is sitting on the ground). If not, when the cars rest on the floor the endlinks will be under load (leading to premature failure).
I had no idea, Luckily nothing happened when we ran the car last weekend for the shakedown. I just had the real competition alignment done yesterday at TC-Motorsports. They unhooked them and redid them while explaining the same thing to me.
Thank you though man, If i had saw this before hand I would have re-done them.
Sorry man, I'm lost here, do you mean the adjusting bolts tend to move? The actual brackets are fully welded in.
Yes we are working with TC, they are great and very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone in the area to talk to them, even if they want to play with a lapping day car...Leave a comment:
