im gonna go middle of the road on this one.
when I got my first E30 I didnt know how easily the frame rails were to bend in a seemingly minor fender bender, and as such got one with a boogered frame rail. yours looks to be of the type that missed the bumper, and if so, you are truly lucky. the core support can be replaced, but if the frame rails are bent/damaged, its a parts car.
the other body issues are relatively minor, however can add up in cost when it comes time to repair the damages.
Overall, I think you overpaid for a 318 in a parts car status (as it sits right now, thats what it is) in AZ this would be a 4-500 car TOPS. your market may vary.

If it scares you, don't buy it.No E30 ClubOriginally posted by MrBurgundyAnyways, mustangs are gay and mini vans are faster than your car, you just have to deal with that.

Been a couple days since I bought it, just a few updates.
Oil change, spark plugs, wheels, lowered it all around, all red tailights, is spoiler.
Getting it pulled on Friday next week and it'll be done.
Wheels are XXR 002's with 0 offset all around. 204/45/16 falken tires. Planning on completely polishing them.
Now a few pics I took tonight with my iPhone:
