Step 1: go to harbor freight and buy a 15lb bodyman's slide hammer
Step 2: disassemble front of bented e30
Step 3: slide hammer core support back to original location
Step 4: lay hood flat on ground and jump on it to straighten it out
Step 5: straighten valence, headlight buckets, etc as much as possible
Step 6: reassemble front of (straightish) e30
$35 (slide hammer) and a couple hours, and it's "fixed". I've BTDT after a deer strike, drove it like that for the better part of a year till I rounded up the parts and motivation to do it properly.

Or you could go to a pick n pull or a pull a parts junkyard and get most of those parts. Thats how repaired my sunroof, My panel may be bronzit on a scqarz car but it work better than it did. Good luck with the project though!
