GOod work! It's nice to see some strokers being built instead of a complete swap.

not for long, got to make about alot of miles first to "run in" the engine..

and I want give it a e85 fuel setup to give it a little bit more horses

ask what you want to know..

900cc honda fireblade engine, frame is streched to fit the engine, that is done by a prof. engeneering company. got some custom made stonger cnc made bearing houses for the rear axle.

disk brakes front and back. and "old skool" 30mm solid rear-axle. (new ones are all 50mm and hollow, and already break alot on normal karts)

it's alot off custom work so it doesn't go so fast with 3 bimmer projects to.

the shift system is already done. now to do the wiresystem and the gas/clutch cables. waterhoses I'm gonna make from QSP universal pieces.
I mouted the cooler on the back in lack off space, so it needs an electric fan.

frame is still bending a little bit in the middle because off the weight so needs some good welding in the right place

but is sitting in a corner now waiting for some work to get done, cause off other stuff

What rods and pistons are you using? I think that you and I are running the same setup. I could never get the 288 cam to fit, though. Even with the adjustable cam gear, the valves were contacting the pistons.

                                I used the following:
                                - eta 81mm crank
                                - eta 130mm rods
                                - New super eta pistons
                                - 325i head
                                - New OEM valves, rockers, etc.
                                - Metric Mechanic Beehive valve springs
                                - 272/272 cam (because the schrick 288 wouldn't fit)
