      nice work on the lathe resto too. i like how you said you would probably rebuild it after the car was done then like 1 or 2 posts down there is the before and after haha it's come up a treat :)

        Amazingness! Your fab skills are great. Iv been scared to pick up an 02 cause of the rust, but you handled it like a champ. Keep it up man.

          Checked out the condition of the steering rack. Everything inside looked good, but I'll need to re-grease it before installing it for the last time.




          Decided on moving the lower control arm from the rear of the subframe cross member to the middle of it. You can see the arms in the first pic. By moving them forward, it will allow me to move the steering rack closer to the cross member. This will keep the setup closer to the original geometry.

              Agreed! Imagine the welding involved to get the runners from each throttle to supercharger. I wanna see this!

                        Unless that S/C is just put there for shiots and giggles, not sure how your gonna get air into the mani from there...and with no starter.

                        It does look cool though.

                          You mean I can't route the intake through the freeze plugs?!? I figured they could act as an aftercooler, why else would they be called FREEZE plugs.
