Deanna's car is getting closer to completion. Just a few more dents to block out and primer the last few parts; while we wait for the stupid fender to arrive from Germany. Right now I'm juggling work, school, wife, new car and getting that done and then this project. So, I sorry this is going so slow. I had planned to have the engine refresh done by now but, such is life.
Most of the dents have been addressed, as you can see.

And the engine bay now needs to be sanded by hand.

Paint should be on the car next week.
      Much wow

Feel bad for the guy(s) who has/have to do that.
        It was a pain

It's finally BLUE! Here's some cell shots.

This is how smooth the paint is, even before color sanding and polishing. Here's a close up shot of the roof.

              smooth

                      Erix,

Why weren't you able to sand blast the engine bay?

Oh, why did the engine bay needed to be sanded by hand?

also, they paint laying came out really good. Was this the cromax clear you were talking about Oliver?

media blasting takes off the paint, not the imperfections. hand sanding takes those out.

the primer had to be hand sanded, we used the chroma clear on this car, the best dupont makes
