sounds like a ignition sync problem. try a 4.7k ohm resistor inline with the crank sensor signal wire.

Interesting, ill try this after I readjust and clean the sensor if that doesn't work.

There is already a 10k in-line with it now. I have had this issue on a couple cars and closing the gap helped, I am betting on it ;)
