I actually just thought of something with this comment. It seems like many people think my car is not that low at all, and you think it's stupidly low...

And keep posting in here, spike, I like you. Oh and give me yo rimz.

    I PM'd kalib0y...it's $30 for 8, $33 if I want them black. That's almost $4 a lug, I'll have to pass. I think EAS is like $2.75 a lug, I may just get that eventually.

Got a bit more done today. Pushed the muffler back on, made the clamp nuts stupidly tight (although they're soaked in PB blaster so they may get loose) and sawed off the parts of the bolts that hang really low.

    Hopefully no more weird noise:

And..this is what you do when you only have two jack stands and you're using them on another car:

Glad you enjoy my input! and Im not ready to part with my rims just yet! I just got them not to long ago.

I seriously think you should just weld the exhaust. those clamps are just going to cause more trouble. Youll probably end up scraping them off lol.
Mine is all one piece. I dont see the sense in clamping them, they cause leaks anyway. if you want to replace a section, just cut it off. Youre not changing pieces very often on it. Thats just my view.
I don't even own this car anymore, but I'm too lazy to change the picture.

My pan's 2" which is about the limit that I'm comfortable to have it dropped. If I had a skid plate it would sit 1" from the pan and be 1/4" thick so it'd be 3/4" off the ground. If I dropped the front more I would need a skid plate for sure. But now if I even only dropped the front like 15mm (drop hats) and got a skid plate, it'd be about 3mm off the ground. If anything I may add the top spring pads in the rear when I get the fenders rolled and pulled-which is basically asap right now because I got a quote for $120 to do it all and all I need are the extended lugs to put the rear 15mm spacers on.

you're car is one of the few that can pull off the eyebrows.
they just don't look like they fit correctly though.

They fit weird and I'd have to stick like washers to get it to fit right, but then I think the hood would rub against them (it looked like it already did slightly). I actually thought they looked decent-or they would if they fit correctly, but that didn't seem possible.

And I'll see how the fitment looks with spacers before deciding what to do with the rear height. The rim is right below the fender lip, and if they pull it well so it's basically flush and doesn't hit it over bumps then I might keep the pads out just because the fitment will be so perfect.

Edit: so I can't find the pic that explains what I mean, but I think it was some guy on here with a static e28 whose rear fitment was absolutely perfect and looked bagged.
