IIRC, BMW NA imported 1587 (that's the number that sticks in my head), so I'd speculate that there are somewhere between 1000 and 1200 still on the road. I have a 95 540i/6 in Sterling Silver. It's one of 3 made in 95 in that color, which was a special order only color. It has the Individual VIN plate and has 288,000 miles on it. I drive it daily in the summer only, it gets stored in the winter. Great cars...



OP, I love the Imola! It really fits the car much better than Hellrot, IMO. LMK if you decide to change wheels... I'd take the Schnitzer's off your hands...
