Like ak said, it's an in & out job with the m20 & you know what condition yours is in already. With an m30 are you going to refresh it before you drop it in? Doing little "while I'm in there stuff" adds up, especially during a swap because you have to add those extra costs to the price of the motor that you bought to swap in. If you've done the maintenance to you m20 just boost it & call it a day ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We'll see. I have a long-term/hypothetical plan in the back of my mind. There's this delphin vert that has just been sitting in my neighborhood in Colorado for the past 5+ years. I have been meaning to offer to buy it but I just don't have the space to store it at the moment. If I were to acquire it I'd want to do an NA M20 build with some gorgeous ITB's, à la CATuned's Miss Blue, then I'd want to bag it on my Futura's (rebuilt, entirely refinished and widened of course). That's what I'd kind of like to save my M20 for...
But, you never know.

If I can tempt you more for just a minute... My asking price has a VERY serious o.b.o. attached to it. It can be in your car and running in a day, it's everything from the radiator to the end of the driveshaft. Give me another day and I can TIG weld a mandrel bent 304SS exhaust for you... It might be side pipes, but that's another discussion.:pimp:
