Painted My Intake Manifold

Been working for two days to get my m20 manifold clean and ready for some paint. Finally got to spray it. I went with something a couple shades darker than my cirrusblau sedan. I'm not totally finished, but here is my progress.





I just have some crappy cell pictures, and the paint isnt cured totally yet, but tell me what you guys think so far.

I am red/green colorblind.... what color is it??? lol

** edit i am blind, i read it's blue, looks grey to me.

Lol^^^ i have a friend with the same problem. One day he guess he was wearing burgundy pants & we were boggled. Haha. Looks good. I wanted to do the same thing for a while. Just not as easy to remove compared to a valve cover. I need to clean my manifold I know it's grimy up in there

My advice is to get two bottles of the strongest, most concentrated cleaning chemical you can find, a wire brush, and another brush that you can get into the smaller places with. This thing was FILTHY. The baked on type of filth.
