I agree with everything here(especially against the rust), but I don't understand why you all are so absolutely against coils on a daily? If he wants to go low, coils are the way to go. As long as you spec the right setup/ put time into finding the right one, coils will ride amazingly.

    Go here be happy!

Mind you I'm also against slammed cars as daily's as well.

I'll bite my tongue on the VIP low guys, but this is a freaking automatic 525i E34, it should be comfy and have some ground clearance.

Buddy has vogtland springs with bilsteins on his e34 and the car handles great, and with a lip it give it that l;ow look, even though it isn't slammed.

        Car looks clean, goodluck.

Toes, keep it subtle man. Trust me. The E34 looks best when it's got modest exterior upgrades and engine upgrades.

          Whatchu doing to it today?

I still don't get your logic of getting rid of the e30

IMO, yes. They look very clunky and unbalanced. I, for one, kind of like stickers on cars...if they're well done and not over the top.

                  My rules for stickers are:

                  1. Keep them balanced.
                  2. Keep them a reasonable size.
                  3. Always try to get vinyl cut stickers (not sure if that's the right term?). Solid ones are fine if they're small, like the Blunttech ones.

So, for the stickers you have, what I would do is: Put Blunttech ones in that rear window thingy but at the bottom right corner (if you're facing the driver's side). I would ditch the "My other car is an E30" one. Ditch the H&R one. Move the NWBMWClub one to the top middle of the rear window.

                  Just my opinion, though.

                    I feel like auto-xing this 5 series.

                    Yay or nay?

Its an E34 Automatic, they are not good at quick narrow corners, especially in near stock form.

This is coming from a guy who tracks his M5 Wagon mind you. Big track where it can stretch out a little, sure... AutoX, hell no

If tires howling, understeer, and the transmission screaming to be shot is experience go for it.
